Design Banner for website contest!!!

Well I hope this is okay as it probably is not 
If it is not I sincerely apologize as I have tried to read what you can submit and cannot.
Anyways I am having a contest for our new site "the Shock Show" theshockshow.com/index.php .
Rules: Once we have 5 registered members that will participate the contest will begin and last 2 weeks. You may join and submit entries until the end of contest. It's this easy. Design our website header/banner.
No animation please and same size as one up top. It can be any category. I would like to see a little more color than the one up top, but still keeping somewhat with the color theme of the site.
Prizes: 1st- $25.00 Paypal or Money Order, Shock Show sticker and *Feature*(your work will be featured along with your name and site on front page for 100s to view as we advertise our site)
2nd- a Shock Show sticker
3rd- a round of applause from my wife and I
